Qualifications

  • Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

  • Have experience in a customer service role preferably in a claims-related environment.
  • Show adaptability to work in a hybrid model and night shifts ensuring flexibility in service delivery.
  • Display a customer-centric approach prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be familiar with industry regulations and compliance standards related to claims and customer service.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
