Responsibilities
- Oversee the Record to Report process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize Advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in all financial activities.
- Provide support in month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the Record to Report cycle.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial data.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and accounting practices.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate financial systems and improve data accessibility.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in Finance-Record to Report processes and Advanced Excel.
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Show experience in Record to Report-Accounting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Display familiarity with Finance & Accounting domains as a nice to have skill.
- Adapt to a hybrid work model and night shifts with ease.
Certifications Required
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification in accounting.
