Job Description

1.Resolve Customer queries, escalations & handle critical situations. (Technical Queries)

2.Manages email, chats, calls from customers.

3.Resolve customer issues in a timely and consistent manner

4.Manage time and productivity to meet daily individual and team ticket targets

5.Stay updated with the knowledge of internal system

6. Good with Technical & Analytical Skills

7. Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in Languages English & Spanish.

8. Basic knowledge of Hardware Networking

9. Proficient in Software Knowledge (MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook preferred, Team Viewer, Skype, Browsers i.e. IE, Mozilla & Chrome)
