Key Job Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve production targets as per business needs.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety norms.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage production budgets and control wastage.
- Lead and develop production teams.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, SCM, and other functions.
- Review production KPIs and report performance to management.
