Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Spa Therapist at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel. The Spa Therapist will provide a range of high-quality spa services, including facials, spa treatments, and pedicures, while maintaining a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include ensuring an exceptional guest experience through outstanding customer service and adhering to the hotel's standards of excellence. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the spa area and promoting wellness services offered by the hotel.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cosmetology and specialized Spa Treatments
- Proficiency in providing Facials and Pedicures
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and spa equipment
- Certification or training in spa therapy or related fields is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
