Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager located in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction and service. Responsibilities include managing spa staff, budgeting, maintaining facilities, and developing strategies to improve service offerings. Additionally, the Spa Manager will ensure all services, including skincare and wellness treatments, adhere to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience and expertise in Spa Management to oversee daily operations effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to allocate resources efficiently
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Skin Care therapies and treatments
- Leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in spa or wellness management are advantageous
- Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable practices is a plus
