Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Spa Receptionist to join our team at Samurai Wellness in Bharuch, India. This on-site role involves welcoming clients, managing appointment bookings, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the reception area, performing basic clerical tasks, and collaborating with other team members to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and experience with Receptionist Duties
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency
• Customer Service experience with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional client experience
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation or scheduling software is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
