This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Spa Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement spa policies. Duties include scheduling, inventory management, maintaining client records, and promoting spa services. The Spa Manager will also be responsible for financial management, staff training, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and service.

• Experience in spa management, inventory management, and financial management
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of spa therapies, treatments, and wellness practices
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a wellness environment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant certifications in spa management or wellness are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business management, or related field preferred
