An exciting opportunity to work in the fast growing team at Tattva Wellness Spa centres to lead business operations & sales for their premium spas located across 5 star hotels & resorts.
If you have successfully managed the business operations/sales for any F&B outlet, spa outlet, hotel front desk or other retail chain outlets with a focus on customer service, you are an ideal candidate to apply.
Responsibilities:
The Center Manager is the overall business head of the spa center and is fully accountable for
revenue performance, profitability, quality of service, operational excellence, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to drive business
growth while maintaining premium brand standards.
1. Business & Financial Ownership
Own complete center-level P&L including revenue, costs, and profitability
Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Plan and execute strategies to enhance service sales, memberships, and retail revenue
Monitor budgets, cost control, and inventory management
Analyze KPIs
2. Operations Excellence
Ensure seamless day-to-day operations in adherence to company SOPs
Maintain brand standards & initiate wellness experiential events
Oversee hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
Ensure effective scheduling and optimal resource utilization
Review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for performance monitoring
3. Guest Experience & Relationship Management
Deliver exceptional hospitality standards across all guest interactions
Handle high-level escalations and ensure complete resolution
Drive guest retention, repeat business, and positive online reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel/resort partners
4. Leadership & Team Development
Lead and manage Duty Managers, therapists, and front office team
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure high performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and productivity assessments
Foster a culture of accountability, empathy, and service excellence
Drive continuous skill development and upskilling initiatives
5. Business Growth & Market Development
Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships
Drive corporate bookings and membership sales
Implement new initiatives and campaigns as per corporate strategy
Support expansion initiatives and new center launches when required
Experience & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Retail / Sales & Marketing
610 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Retail, Hotels, F&B, or QSR
Minimum 23 years in a leadership role
Experience in managing P&L and revenue targets preferred
