Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based at the spa of hotel pal heights in Bhubaneswar for a Spa Manager cum Therapist. The responsibilities include overseeing spa operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction. The role involves providing professional spa treatments and therapies, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the spa areas, managing budgets, and ensuring that the spa meets its financial goals. The Spa Manager cum Therapist will also handle guest consultations and recommend personalized treatments.
