Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sales Manager for Digital Textile Printing (EFI Reggiani) at our Surat location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of digital textile printing solutions and related products. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing technical presentations, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves market analysis, strategic planning, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and driving business growth in the textile or digital printing industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital textile printing processes, including EFI Reggiani machinery, inks, and workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and willingness to travel, as required, to meet clients and industry stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach to address inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a relevant field preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for the textile industry and understanding of emerging trends in digital printing technology is an asset.
