This is a full-time, on-site role for a South Indian Commi I based in Bengaluru. The South Indian Commi I will assist in food preparation and cooking, specifically focusing on South Indian cuisine, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation specifications. The role involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations, and providing support to senior chefs. Additionally, the individual will support inventory management and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and handled properly.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking, with a focus on South Indian cuisine
• Strong Culinary Skills, including understanding of authentic South Indian ingredients and techniques
• Knowledge of Hygiene and food safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant work environment
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and effectively understand instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed recipes
• Prior experience in a kitchen setting or formal culinary training in South Indian cuisine is an advantage
