Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for the position of Sous Chef at Palate & Pour. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations, including supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and presentation, and managing inventory and supplies. The role involves collaborating on menu development, maintaining health and safety protocols, and monitoring kitchen efficiency. The Sous Chef will play a vital part in upholding Palate & Pour's high standards of service and innovation.
