Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Navi Mumbai. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing inventory and supplies, collaborating on menu creation, and maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols. The Sous Chef will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning
  • Strong leadership, team mentoring, and kitchen management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and inventory management
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Relevant culinary certifications or a degree in Culinary Arts is preferred
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is advantageous
