Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and refine recipes for dumplings, dim sums, and related dishes
- Manage food prep, portion control, and daily production volumes
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork
- Monitor ingredient quality and assist with stock ordering
