Job Description

Job Title: Sous Chef Continental Location: Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana Salary Budget: 40,000 50,000 per month Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef (Continental) to assist in managing daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in planning and executing Continental menus

Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes

Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation

Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations

Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards

Manage inventory, minimize wastage, and control food costs

Train junior staff and maintain discipline in the kitchen

Ensure timely food service during peak hours

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef / CDP (Continental)

Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine

Ability to manage kitchen operations and team handling

Good understanding of hygiene, safety, and kitchen standards

Can handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
