Role & responsibilities
This role calls for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has hands-on experience with baking (bread-making a plus). Youll be part of a tight-knit team that values precision, presentation, and passion.
Preferred candidate profile
Craft a variety of baked goods and pastries with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation.
Operate and maintain baking equipment (ovens, mixers, tempering machines, etc.)
Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals and maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation at all times.
Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Inventory maintenance, Packaging and labelling.
Bring creativity to the table from flavor ideas to packaging concepts.
Bakery and pastry operations require careful management and ongoing research regarding ingredients like gluten, gelatin, and allergens, as these components critically affect product structure, texture, and consumer safety.
Requirements:
Degree In Hotel Management.
