Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing reliable sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating recruitment efforts, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will also be critical for meeting organizational objectives.

• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, evaluating data, and making informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in contract negotiation, with experience in achieving favorable terms and minimizing risks
• Background in recruiting and procurement, with knowledge of related tools and methods
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with procurement systems and supplier evaluation frameworks is advantageous
