Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sourcing Specialist. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, managing procurement processes, developing strong relationships with vendors, and handling contract negotiations. Additionally, the Specialist will support recruiting efforts and ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess suppliers, market conditions, and procurement options
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Experience in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management
• Recruiting and Talent Acquisition skills to support organizational hiring initiatives
• Procurement experience with knowledge of sourcing best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus
