Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across roles and locations
- Manage volume hiring drives within defined timelines
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and role fit
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and share regular updates
Qualifications
- 35 years of sourcing experience across multiple domains
- Proven experience in volume hiring and talent engagement
- Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred)
