Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, deep expertise in using multiple job portals, and prior experience hiring for roles within the construction and designing vertical.
- You will play a key role in building highquality talent pipelines while working closely with recruiters to ensure successful hiring delivery for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates across various platforms, including major job portals, social media channels, and other sourcing tools.
- Apply advanced sourcing techniques such as Xray search and Boolean search to identify top talent.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Build, update, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to align on hiring needs, share pipeline insights, and support endtoend recruitment delivery.
- Meet and exceed monthly sourcing goals and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of handson experience in talent sourcing across diverse industries.
- Strong experience working with major job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Mandatory previous experience sourcing for roles in the Construction and Designing domain (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, interior design, structural design, project management).
- Proficiency in creative sourcing techniques including Boolean and Xray searches.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote/hybrid recruitment team.
