Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role will support sourcing efforts across the North American Region.

This role is based out of Hyderabad location and is into hybrid mode

Key Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of hands on experience in full-cycle US Technical recruitment.

BFSI recruitment experience is a must.

Exposure to BFSI/finance client hiring .

Excellent sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills .

In depth knowledge of US hiring practices and compliance requirements.
