We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team in HSR Layout, Sector 6. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and be proficient in using various sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent for diverse Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for Non-IT positions through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
- Manage bulk and volume hiring efficiently within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1.5 to 4 years of experience in Non-IT sourcing/recruitment.
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring and mass recruitment drives.
- Strong working knowledge of job portals and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Graduation is mandatory.
