Position Overview
We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers interested in second homes, villa plots, and land investments.
The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound calling, lead generation, and qualifying interested buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential buyers interested in:
- Second homes
- Villa plots
- Land investment properties
- Generate and qualify leads through tele-calling and database management
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences
- Fix site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate call records and follow-up data in CRM
- Regularly follow up with warm and interested prospects
- Achieve daily and monthly sourcing targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 14 years of experience in telecalling, real estate sourcing, or lead generation
- Experience in real estate (second homes / villa plots / land sales) preferred
- Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Marathi is an added advantage)
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Ability to handle objections and close for appointments

- Good understanding of investment-driven buyers
