Sourcing Specialist Bench Marketing (US Staffing)

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad, focused on identifying and onboarding candidates onto the bench for bench marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen US IT consultants for bench marketing

Bring quality candidates onto the bench across multiple technologies

Work closely with the Bench Sales team to ensure ready-to-market profiles

Maintain candidate pipeline and documentation for quick submissions

Requirements:

Minimum 23 years of experience in US staffing / bench sourcing

Strong understanding of bench marketing process

Experience working with all visa types.

Ability to source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
