Role Description
The Sourcing Officer will play a key role in recruiting and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and developing job descriptions to support the foundation's goals. The responsibilities include collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, engaging with potential candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruiting process. This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Varanasi with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build relationships with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Job Description Development to create clear and engaging role definitions aligned with organizational needs.
- Experience in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes to identify and onboard suitable candidates effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the not-for-profit or social enterprise sector is an advantage.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to ensure timely delivery of hiring goals.
