Job Description :
1. Activation and on boarding of new channel partners by calling and
meeting them on field and at sales office.
2. C P Engagement Programmes.
3. Reach out potential CP's
4. Calling on leads, client database to confirm client visit.
5. Identifying CP and promoting products to them.
6. Taking update from CP's on products and offerings for competition
analysis.
7. Maximizing channel and reference business.
8. Capturing weekend walk in data.
9. Conducting CP Meets on site during launches.
10.Supporting peer teams for effective deal closures.
11.Monitoring collections for designated accounts.
12.Maintaining and submitting daily activity reports.
13.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic
decisions.
14.Manage end-to-end deal closure process for channel partners,
ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
15.Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs
16.Required to be constantly updated with the real estate market,
gather market Intelligence.
17.To drive sales through various marketing initiatives.
18.Responsible for handling Prospective Clients/ Corporate
houses/MNCs Negotiating & Finalizing of sales transactions with
interested clientele.
19.Cold Calling & working on Leads Generated by Telecallers
Education : Graduate
Experience : 5 to 7 years in redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Work experience
in Sobo market is mandatory
