Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with deep familiarity of the South Mumbai real estate market.
This is a front end sourcing role focused on Channel Partner engagement, walk in generation, and on ground market execution.
The role demands market intelligence, relationships, and consistency.
This is not a desk driven or generic Mumbai sourcing position.
Key responsibilities
- Drive consistent walk ins through Channel Partners across South Mumbai micro markets
- Build and strengthen long term CP relationships with active brokers and firms
- Identify relevant buyer profiles and map them to ongoing inventory
- Plan and execute CP meetings, site visits, and market activations
- Maintain a healthy sourcing funnel with visibility on daily activity
- Work closely with the site and closing team to ensure smooth handover of prospects
- Represent the brand with professionalism in a premium market environment
Eligibility criteria
- 2 to 3 years of hands on sourcing experience in South Mumbai
- Strong and active Channel Partner network in SoBo
- Proven track record of generating walk ins and site activity
- Clear understanding of premium and mid premium buyer behaviour
- High ownership, execution focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a performance driven setup
This role is NOT suitable for
- Freshers or trainees
- Profiles without South Mumbai sourcing exposure
- Pure closing roles
- Generic Mumbai sourcing experience without SoBo depth
