Key Responsibilities
Partner Management:
Identify, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and external sourcing networks. Maintain ongoing engagement to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead Generation:
Drive lead generation through channel partners, direct sourcing initiatives, property exhibitions, events, and other promotional activities.
Sales & Conversion Support:
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover, track conversion outcomes, and contribute toward meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on pricing trends, customer preferences, project positioning, and inventory movements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to align sourcing strategies with upcoming project launches, campaigns, and promotional offers.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor partner performance, track lead walk-ins, evaluate conversion quality, and prepare detailed performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, explore untapped micro-markets, and expand the sourcing ecosystem to strengthen overall sales output.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or sourcing with a strong track record of meeting targets.
Solid understanding of the local real estate landscape, buyer behavior, and project positioning.
Strong networking, relationship building, and channel management capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and contract handling skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for partner meetings, site visits, and events.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
