Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager Real Estate located in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for assessing and procuring materials, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of resources for ongoing projects. Responsibilities also include collaborating with various internal teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing cost-saving strategies to ensure optimal supply chain management for construction projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Vendor Negotiation
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material Management
- Familiarity with Market Analysis, Cost Estimation, and Strategic Sourcing
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Decision-Making Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Real Estate, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or construction sourcing roles is highly beneficial
