Key Responsibilities
- Identify, empanel, and manage channel partners, brokers, IPCs, and corporate agents.
- Generate leads through direct sourcing, corporate tie-ups, HNI clients, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular channel partner meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, CRM, and legal teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and demand in the commercial real estate segment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and documentation processes.
- Track sourcing performance, prepare MIS reports, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives aimed at channel partners and corporate clients.

- 58 years of experience in sourcing or channel sales,
- Proven track record of handling channel partners and achieving revenue targets.
