Job Summary:
The Recruitment Sourcing Lead IT will lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for large-scale technology hiring within a large-scale services firms. This role is responsible for building deep tech talent pipelines, managing a high-performing sourcing team, and partnering with business leaders to deliver niche and high-volume technology talent across multiple skill stacks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in IT / Technology recruitment sourcing, preferably within a GCC/captive/ large enterprise setup.
- Proven experience leading sourcing teams for large-scale and niche tech hiring
- Strong understanding of technology roles, skill stacks, and evolving tech trends
- Expertise in passive sourcing, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing tools
- Experience with AI-driven sourcing tools and automation - Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sourcing strategies for large-scale IT and digital hiring across skills such as:
- Software Engineering (Java, Python, .NET, Full Stack)
- Cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Data & AI (Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, GenAI)
- Cybersecurity, Networks, and Infrastructure
- Product Engineering, QA Automation, SRE
- Build long-term talent pipelines for niche, emerging, and critical skills.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor intelligence, and talent availability analysis for Business expansion plans
- Lead and scale a team of technology sources and recruiters supporting multi-location hiring.
- Coach team members on advanced Boolean search, X-ray sourcing, GitHub/Stack Overflow sourcing, and passive candidate engagement
- Set and monitor KPIs including pipeline coverage, quality of slate, time-to-fill, and conversion ratios
- Drive sourcing excellence through optimal use of ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri & other job portals
- Implement scalable sourcing processes for high-volume hiring while maintaining quality
- Track and analyze sourcing metrics, present insights and dashboards to leadership
