The Sourcing Manager is responsible for generating high-quality leads, building strong channel partner relationships, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of prospects to support the sales and closing teams. The role focuses on sourcing, networking, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, networking, and sourcing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, CPs, and external sourcing agents
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and onboard potential partners
- Coordinate with sales and closing teams to ensure smooth lead handover
- Track sourcing performance, lead quality, and conversion ratios
- Organize and participate in CP meets, roadshows, and events
- Ensure timely follow-ups and support partners with sales collateral and updates
- Maintain accurate records of sourced leads in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sourcing targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and project offerings
