Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will oversee the procurement and supply chain operations, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of materials or services. The role requires collaborating with internal teams to understand business needs, identifying potential suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and monitoring performance to ensure quality and efficiency. The role involves preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and expertise in vendor sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Experience in cost optimization, procurement planning, and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of market trends, report preparation, and data analysis for informed decision-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional vendor relationships
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and organizational procurement policies
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
