Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and source potential channel partners to expand the sales network
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners, ensuring they meet company standards and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with partners to ensure mutual benefit
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor partner performance and sales targets, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Coordinate training and enablement programs for channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align channel strategies with business goals
  • Track market trends and competitor activities within the channel partner ecosystem
  • Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and partner engagement
  • Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience in channel partner sourcing and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
