Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and train new real estate channel partners (agents, brokers, agencies).
- Sales Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and assist partners in closing deals.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing & Support: Provide marketing materials, sales tools, and lead generation support.
- Training & Development: Regularly train partners on product updates, sales strategies, and market trends.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion efforts within the assigned territory or vertical.
- Travel & Partner Engagement: Regular travel to meet with key partners and customers, ensuring alignment on sales strategies.
- Organize and participate in partner meetings, conferences, and events to maintain a strong presence in the partner ecosystem.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner sales, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Negotiation & Conflict Resolution: Manage partner negotiations and resolve conflicts effectively.
