PropPixel is hiring for the Sourcing Team Leader & Sourcing Managers
Locations:- Thane, Vikhroli, Dadar
What You Will Do :
- Manage a team of sourcing managers.
-Establishing and activating new channel partners and supervising the onboarding procedure.
- Hold regular meetings with existing active channel partners to maintain continuous business flow.
- Creating additional sales incentives and schemes for channel partners.
- Maintaining a comprehensive market survey analysis to grasp market trends and support channel partner activation.
- Organising (ATL) and (BTL) activities with channel partners to generate leads.
What you bring :
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Team Handling.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
