Core Responsibilities
- Network Expansion: Build and maintain a robust network of Channel Partners (CPs) and independent brokers across assigned territories.
- Lead Generation: Drive qualified buyer leads by leveraging broker relationships and market presence.
- Site Visit Coordination: Ensure a high volume of walk-ins and site visits for our various mandate projects.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term, professional relationships with brokers to ensure consistent business flow.
- Revenue Contribution: Actively participate in the sales cycle to contribute to successful deal closures and overall revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC); Graduates and MBA Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Sales or Sourcing. Prior experience in the Real Estate sector is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Hindi, Marathi, and English is preferred.
- Mobility: Comfortable with field-based operations and local travel across Mumbai/Thane hubs.
- Mindset: A target-oriented professional with a strong drive for financial growth and career advancement.
