Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, references, and other recruitment channels.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and manage responses.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage mass hiring and bulk hiring requirements when needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track sourcing metrics and maintain recruitment reports.
