The Role

We are looking for a Sourcing Executive to identify, evaluate, and manage vendors across Indian craft clusters. Equal parts field visits and desk work — you will meet artisans and workshops on the ground and manage the vendor pipeline from the office.

Responsibilities

• Discover and onboard new vendors across craft clusters
• Field visits to workshops — evaluate quality, capacity, and pricing
• Manage the sample process — brief vendors, collect samples, track revisions
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and lead times
• Maintain a live vendor database
• Coordinate with the product and production teams on timelines and feasibility

What We Need

• 3–5 years in sourcing, procurement, or buying — home, lifestyle, handicraft, or gifting preferred
• Comfortable with regular field travel — this is not a desk-only role
• Strong negotiation skills and organised working style
• Knowledge of Indian craft clusters is a significant advantage
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon

Strong Fit If You Have

• Vendor relationships in wood, ceramic, textile, or metal clusters
• Sourcing experience from Moradabad, Khurja, Firozabad, Panipat, or Rajasthan
• Background in a D2C, export house, or premium consumer brand
