As a Sourcing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in identifying and engaging top talent across multiple functions, with a strong focus on technical roles. You'll support the recruitment team by managing sourcing strategies, coordinating candidate pipelines, and maintaining internal tracking systems to ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source qualified candidates using databases, networking, social media, and other online platforms
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems and internal tools with accuracy
- Engage and inform candidates about job opportunities, application status, and selection outcomes
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines for various functions, primarily technical roles, with additional exposure to Sales, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and HR
- Maintain a high level of stakeholder communication and candidate relationship management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in recruiting or sourcing roles
- Proven experience sourcing for technical roles; experience with non-tech roles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and resume databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, internal ATS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
