Key Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
- Onboard, manage, and motivate brokers, agents, and channel partners (CP firms).
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners to generate high-quality leads and site visits.
- Maintain regular engagement with brokers for business growth and sales closures.
Sales Strategy Client Acquisition
- Identify potential buyers and generate new business opportunities.
- Drive sales through direct client acquisition and channel partner networks.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead Generation Conversion
- Qualify leads and convert them into site visits and successful sales.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer handling and closure processes.
Market Intelligence
- Analyze real estate market trends, competitor activities, and property valuations.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on local property developments and investment opportunities.
Relationship Building
- Build strong networks with landowners, investors, brokers, and direct buyers.
