Job Overview

As a Sourcer within the Talent Acquisition team at Everest Group, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of top talent across a range of research, consulting, and corporate functions. This role requires proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to support fast-paced hiring demands. You will leverage tools, channels, and data to attract high-calibre candidates aligned with Everest Group's culture and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate personas, and sourcing strategies. Working on Global sourcing.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, boolean searches, referrals, events) to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and present top profiles with relevant insights to recruiters.
  • Support diversity-focused sourcing efforts and market mapping exercises.
  • Provide a great candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Track sourcing metrics and share regular status updates with the TA team.

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in sourcing and talent identification across different functions and levels.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, etc.).
  • High attention to detail, data accuracy, and process rigor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Education and Experience

We are seeking a high calibre individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 47 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting support roles, preferably in professional services, research, or consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing mid to senior-level candidates across different domains.
