We're looking for a Sourcer based in India or the Philippines. As a Sourcer, you will drive talent acquisition efforts by leveraging direct sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and candidate engagement techniques. You will be responsible for screening, researching, and building strong candidate pools to support recruiters in filling roles efficiently. You will also ensure all sourcing activities are aligned with business needs and recruitment goals, including maintaining accurate data in Workday and utilizing talent intelligence tools to develop strategic sourcing plans.

What you'll do:

  • Manage 10-15 active sourcing projects on average and proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen at least 20 candidates per week and submit at least 5 high-quality candidates to recruiters, ensuring a 60% interview conversion rate.
  • Leverage talent intelligence platform and market insights to create data-driven sourcing strategies for every project.
  • Ensure all sourced candidates are accurately tracked in Workday, maintaining compliance and reporting accuracy.
  • Engage and nurture passive talent through sourcing strategies, referrals, and digital outreach, maintaining an InMail acceptance rate above 20%.
  • Partner with recruiters to improve talent attraction strategies and ensure alignment with hiring needs.

You'll have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong Boolean search skills and ability to leverage sourcing tools (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards).
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven and data-driven sourcing environment.
  • Proficiency in Workday or other ATS for tracking and managing candidates.
  • Strong ability to analyze talent market trends and use market intelligence tools like TalentNeuron.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
