Sound Curator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Sound Curator at Kilo Vita. The Sound Curator will be responsible for curating and managing sound collections, conducting field recordings, editing sound clips, and creating soundscapes. Other day-to-day tasks include collaborating with other team members on various sound projects, maintaining sound archives, and ensuring sound quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in sound curation and field recordings
• Proficiency in sound editing and creating soundscapes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members on sound projects
• Skill in maintaining sound archives and ensuring sound quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Relevant degree in Sound Engineering, Music, Audio Production, or a related field
