Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced F&A Solutioning Specialist to lead the design and development of end-to-end Finance & Accounting solutions for global clients. This role involves working closely with sales, delivery, pricing, and technology teams to architect optimized, scalable, and cost-effective solutions across the Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) value chains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business development teams to understand client requirements and translate them into winning solution strategies.
- Design customized, client-centric F&A solutions encompassing process, technology, and operating model elements.
- Lead the response to RFPs/RFIs including solution blueprints, commercials, and presentations.
- Work with cross-functional teams including transitions, pricing, automation (RPA/AI), and domain SMEs to develop integrated proposals.
- Drive discovery and due diligence phases for new deals; engage directly with client stakeholders as a solution expert.
- Benchmark and incorporate industry best practices and digital enablers (e.g., RPA, AI, analytics, ERP platforms like SAP/Oracle).
- Create solution documentation, SoWs, and transition plans.
- Support transformation initiatives by identifying automation and standardization opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Major/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience in F&A domain; at least 3 years in solutioning or pre-sales roles.
- Deep process knowledge across at least two F&A towers (P2P, O2C, R2R).
- Strong understanding of digital tools used in F&A (RPA, OCR, AI/ML, analytics platforms).
- Experience designing global delivery models including onshore/offshore and shared services structures.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen; experience working with pricing teams and building cost models.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in BPO, consulting, or GBS/shared services setup.
- Exposure to transformation programs and technology implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle) and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
