Solutions Engineer - Hardware

Hiring: Hardware Solution SME

Years of Experience - 8-12 years

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to expert for specific sub-solutions (Motor Control, Power Supply, Machine Vision, Security etc) and/or technologies (eg power electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, signal processing, AI at the edge)

Collaborate with solution architects to create technical collateral, including application briefs, block diagrams, whitepapers, solution guides, and presentations.

Design and validate electronic solutions that address customer design challenges and application requirements.

Provide detailed technical input to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance of published materials

Work closely with eInfochips engineering teams, technology experts, and suppliers to integrate best-in-class components and solutions.

Ensure solutions are aligned with company strategy, supplier roadmaps, and market trends.

Deliver technical training for internal teams, helping them understand solution design considerations, trade-offs, and value propositions.

Support external webinars, workshops, and customer presentations to position the company as a technology leader.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry standards, and application trends.

Content Ownership of dedicated areas in FAST

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong hands-on experience designing electronic circuits, systems, or embedded solutions for real-world applications.

Expertise in at least one key technology area (e.g., power electronics, embedded systems, connectivity, sensors, signal processing, AI at the edge).

Ability to translate customer requirements into practical design solutions and reference architectures.

Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences.

Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
