Plexus Management Services is hiring a Solutions Consultant, who will be responsible for driving B2B growth for a subscription-based platform by engaging with potential clients, demonstrating product value, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
Location: Kolkata, Salt Lake (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients via calls, LinkedIn, email, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline
· Conduct product demos and solution walkthroughs to effectively communicate platform value and drive subscription interest
· Follow up with prospects to nurture conversations, handle objections, and move deals toward closure
· Manage and update the sales pipeline (leads, stages, next steps) using CRM or internal tracking tools
· Collaborate with internal teams (product/operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client activation
· Platform sanity checks and update
Required Experience
· 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
· Freshers with strong analytical thinking and communication skills are encouraged to apply
Preferred Background
· Academic background in Economics / Statistics or related fields / MBA
· Interest in SaaS / platform-based business models
Required Skills and Certifications
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Basic understanding of consultative selling and solution-based approach
· Ability to understand client needs and translate them into product value
Languages Required
Proficiency in any two: Bengali / English / Hindi
Education: Postgraduate in Economics / Statistics or MBA

Compensation: INR 3-3.6 lacs per annum
