Job Description

We are seeking a Solutions & Implementation Consultant who will own solution consulting and delivery responsibilities in equal measure (50% Solution Consulting and 50% Implementation). The role focuses on understanding customer business processes, designing scalable SaaS solutions for supply chain and logistics use cases, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.

This position acts as a functional and technical bridge between customers and internal product and

engineering teams, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective and deployable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Consulting (50%)

Engage with customers to understand business requirements, supply chain workflows, and operational pain points through meetings, workshops, and on-site visits.

Interact with multiple stakeholders including operations, supply chain, IT, and leadership teams to

capture end-to-end process flows.

Create detailed solution documents, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams aligned with customer requirements.

Participate in RFP/RFQ responses, including solution narratives, technical inputs, scope definition,

and compliance matrices.

Work closely with sales and internal teams on effort estimation, project timelines, commercials, and proposal preparation.

Conduct product demonstrations, solution workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate

feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

Act as a solution advisor to recommend best practices and optimal configurations of SaaS products

Implementation & Delivery (50%)

Lead end-to-end implementation of SaaS products, from project kick-off to go-live and stabilization.

Drive customer onboarding, including system configuration, integrations, UAT coordination, and

deployment planning.

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate solution documents into system configurations and enhancements.

Support data validation, testing, issue resolution, and change management during implementation.

Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for customer teams to ensure effective adoption.

Manage post-implementation support, enhancements, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Ensure smooth transition to Customer Success teams after solution stabilization

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: BTech (Bachelor of Technology) is a must.

35 years of experience in Solution/Product Consulting, or SaaS Implementation roles

Prior exposure to supply chain, logistics, fleet management, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus

Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and customer workshops

Hands-on experience in SaaS product implementations and enterprise customer onboarding

Experience contributing to RFPs, estimations, and commercial scoping

Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel to customer locations as required
