As a Solutions Architect for the Zoho Suite of applications, you will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize the value of our software solutions through expert guidance, innovative problem-solving, and strategic implementation. Leveraging your deep understanding of Zoho's product offerings and your technical expertise, you will collaborate closely with clients to design and deliver tailored solutions that address their unique business challenges and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, goals, and challenges, and design solutions using the Zoho Suite.

Conduct discovery sessions to analyze clients current systems, processes, and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities.

Design end-to-end solutions using multiple Zoho applications, including required customizations and third-party integrations.

Prepare project plans, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with project managers to ensure successful implementation within deadlines and budget.

Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing support to clients and internal teams during the implementation process.

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and support to improve solutions and enhance customer success.

Stay updated with industry trends, cloud technologies, and digital transformation practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Must-have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Deep expertise in the Zoho Suite of applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and others, with hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration.

5-10 years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role.

Preferred:

• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
